Description:
The 78th Precinct Youth Council is Brooklyn-based independent youth basketball and baseball organizations and is among the largest of its kind in New York City. Its widely diverse population of boys and girls, ages 5-16, comes from neighborhoods surrounding Brooklyn’s largest park, Prospect Park.
Mission Statement:
It was spawned to fill the gaps left by the continued reductions of after-school programs, the organizations mission is to provide after school baseball and basketball programs for boys and girls ages 5-16.
