Description:
By 2015, ensure that priority goals of the New York & New Jersey Comprehensive Cancer Control Plans, related to reducing the burden of cancer and enhancing quality of life for cancer survivors, are supported.
II. By 2015, demonstrate leadership through collaboration and advocacy in the promotion of universal access to comprehensive, evidence-based health care, including (but not limited to) prevention, early detection, and treatment of cancer.
III. It is recommended that EA Division proactively monitor the impact of public policy and health systems policy and practices with regard to breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screening rates and stage of diagnosis
