Hospice associates provides holistic end-of-life care, free of charge to the patients. We are an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, home health aides, social workers, a chaplian, a music therapist, and volunteers in order to increase the quality of remiaing life and provide and extra layer of care to patients and their caregivers.
Mission Statement:
Hospice Associates believes that a person should be treated with dignity and respect and involved in the decision making process. Each patient and caregiver is unique in their own way and should be encouraged to express their emotions and gain support in a non-judgmental environment. We believe that one should be able to recieve appropriate care in the final stages of life while maintaining dignity
